‘Cooking is ‘Love’ made visible’
This ‘World Food Day’ the Pre-Primary made their love visible by participating in the ‘Master Chef’ program. With their tiny little hands, immense love in their heart and their fathers by their side to help them, the children prepared a fireless dish for their family.
It was a delight to see the real-life role reversal, especially the cute excitement in their eyes when their labor of love was put to a taste test by their mothers.
Apart from providing a fun ‘connect’ time this multi-sensory activity
• Gave hand on experience
• Enhanced fine-motor skills
• Increased focus and attention
• Boosted their self-confidence
And last but not the least it fostered an interest in food and cooking. After all food might be a bodily necessity but when made with love it has the ability to feed the soul. In fact, ‘Love’ is the most indispensable ingredient of all good home cooking and when you cook for your family the dish undoubtedly overflows with it. So, Bon Appetite!
